  • I ride every day, are there any special passes available for me?

    Yes, we have an unlimited ride monthly pass available for $30. Passes can be purchased from Transdev or through  Express Pay, which can be found on the Fares & Passes section of this website.


  • Where can I find schedules?

    Schedules can be found on the Routes & Schedules page of this website; they can also be mailed or emailed to you by requesting them through the Call Center.

  • I am in a wheelchair or use a mobility device, can I ride the bus?

    Yes, all buses are equipped with a passenger lift that can be used for those using a wheelchair, scooters, walkers, canes or anyone who has limited mobility and needs assistance boarding the bus.  The driver will help you secure you and/or your mobility device prior to leaving.

  • The bus goes right past my house, can I ride it from there or do I need to go to a stop?

    Yes!  If you are located on one of our routes, you can "flag" the bus driver to stop as long as it is safe for them to do so.  We encourage riders to call the Call Center  ahead of time to schedule Flag stops.

  • Can my child ride the bus? If so, do they need a carseat?

    Yes, children can ride the bus. However, the drivers are not able to provide direct supervision of them.  Car seats are not required, but buses are equiped with both LATCH and seatbelts to secure  car seats.

  • Can I take my bike on the bus?

    Yes, our buses are equipped with bike racks on the front to transport your bike. Visit Biking & Riding in the Information section of this website. 

  • How many bags can I bring on the bus with me?

    There is no set limit to the number of bags, however, they must fit on your lap, on the floor in front of you or in the overhead bins. Visit the Code of Conduct page for more information.

  • How do I know if my bus will be delayed?

    You can check the Access Allegany Facebook page, check at the bottom of the Home page of this site, or contact the Call Center at 585-593-1738 and our assistant can let you know if the bus is running behind.
